Working at Duomo, in the kitchen brigade or as a waiting staff, is a great experience both from a human and a professional point of you. The chef Sultano personally selects the staff. Kitchen and restaurant have to be in harmony with one another. In the kitchen you work under the supervision of the sous-chef Marco Corallo and in the restaurant under that of Gabriella Cicero.
