Two shining stars
Thanks to the Michelin Guide 2020, for confirming the two stars, the result of the daily work and of the many ongoing projects. The two stars shine also in the extract of the guide, where, if words are not empty talk, it describes Duomo’s cuisine as creative and elegant. Or where, further on, it reads that «the simplicity is banished» and that «the combination of different and sometimes contrasting flavours is exalted», up until defining Ciccio Sultano «a stove alchemist».
Thank you, nothing is improvised and everything has to be conquered and defended for the next challenge.
