Aperitivo at Cantieri Sultano

 

This is the aperitivo served at Cantieri Sultano. In the goblet, our green tea and jasmine-based kombucha with the light notes of white peach are typical characteristics of a classic Bellini. In the tumbler, with a straw, the Santa Rosalia, one of the drinks dedicated to Saints and created by Mattia Cilia, bar manager of Sultano Group. It is a non-alcoholic drink made with Everleaf, honey, rosewater and Perrier water.
